This is a great chance for you to meet people who are in a similar situation as you, you can chat to fellow Carers and get advice from them and our staff. You can talk about your problems and even have someone to just be able to talk to. These groups are a great chance to share information, motivate each other and inspire one another to cope and manage our caring roles. It also is a good time to have a fun time doing something fun.
