These are some frequently asked questions that we get that we are making public so any carer joining us or returning carers can have a better idea of our services.
Q. How do I know if I am in Cheshire West or Cheshire East?
A. We decide based on where the carer themselves lives rather than the person they care for.
Q. How do I get the blog?
A. Once you a registed carer you will be emailed the correct blog for your area. They are every fortnight.
Q. Why can't I go to a certain event because it is not in my council area?
A. The funding for Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East are two separate entities so carers cannot access both.
Q. Can I re-apply to a fund if I have had it recently?
A. Yes but only in 12 months time. You are less likely to get other funds if you have already had one, this is so the highest number of carers can get help.
