This is a monthly group for Male Carers – the meeting takes place in Crewe.

All male carers are welcome to attend.  The group take part in activities, trips, and sometimes a speaker will visit the group – it is a perfect opportunity to take a break from your caring role and gain support from other male carers.  The group leader also offers information, advice and support and can help identify other services which may be of assistance to you.

The meeting is held on the first Thursday or each month between 4.00pm-6.00pm at Unit 1, Brierley Business Centre, Mirion Street, Crewe, CW1 2AZ

This national Course for Carers is being offered to all Carers through Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust fully trained and accredited staff.

Personal Budget Scheme (West only)

Are you in need of a break?

Our Carers Personal Budget Scheme may be able to help you.

A Carers Personal Budget is an amount of money awarded to you to give you a break from your caring role. You could receive up to £300 if you are successful and you can choose how and when this is spent.

Emergency Card Service

If you are a Carer, you may worry about what would happen to the person you care for should you find yourself in an emergency situation and unable to fulfil your caring role.
