This national Course for Carers is being offered to all Carers through Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust fully trained and accredited staff.

The course lasts for several weeks, and covers different topics which well help you to be more confident in your caring role. The first session is a taster and you can choose which sessions, if not all, that you would like to attend.

The Course is very much Carer-led, allowing you to share experiences and coping techniques with other Carers – engaging with each other and problem solving in a relaxed and friendly environment.

All course materials and resources are provided free of charge as are refreshments.

We run courses across the county and separate courses for Parent Carers if they prefer.
